Which warranty do you offer?

All seeds sold by Seminova are compliant with current provincial and federal laws. Seminova legal responsibility is restricted to the value of the seeds purchased. Please advise us within 30 days for any problems or issues with the products. By purchasing the seeds, the buyer recognizes this limited warranty as a sale condition and an agreement between him and Seminova.

What is your return policy?

All returns must be pre-approved by Seminova. You must provide the approval authorization number and the invoice number with all returns within 10 business days after delivery. Shipping charges for all returns are the buyer's responsibility.

Is it possible for a product variety to be unavailable?

Yes, many reasons can explain the unavailability of seeds: the limited supply of the item makes it unable to meet demand, the seeds may not be available from our suppliers, or there could have been a crop failure rendering the seeds quality too low to meet expectations.
