CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY
As requested, this is to confirm that the products (fertilizers, seeds and pesticides) that we sell are all manufactured in accordance with the standards established by the various Canadian and American levels of government.
Among others:
- We hold a certificate of compliance with storage standards, issued by the Association
- for storage standards of Agrochemical Products.
- We hold permits from the Ministry of Sustainable Development, Environment and
- Climate change mitigation for retail and paid work
- pesticides (Pesticide Permit B1 # 402198345, valid until December 30, 2025
- and C8 #402198350, valid until December 30, 2025).
- Our company participates in the Canadian Fertilizer Quality Verification Program, under
- supervision by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency
- We are members of RVQ (Réseau Végétal Québec) and the Canadian Association of Agri-
- Retailers
- We hold a permit issued by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency as
- of operator of an authorized importer of vegetable seeds
- We are subject to an annual inspection, as required by the Canadian Agency
- Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) to ensure compliance with the quality criteria required in
- the field of vegetable seeds.
- We obtain a certificate of origin and an analysis report for each batch of seeds from
- vegetables that we receive, and the reports are sent to the CFIA
- Each batch of vegetable seeds is identified by a producer code to which we add
- our individual identification code, in order to allow them to be associated with the specific batch
- (harvesting/packaging) and trace them at all times.
- A label is affixed to all vegetable seed packaging (envelope, box,
- rigid container, etc.) identifying the contents as follows:
- Product name Batch number Date
- Quantity Weight Germination
- We have a Quality Assurance Guide that we must follow and which is filed at
- the CFIA.
- All the pest control products we distribute are registered and their instructions for use
- clearly established and communicated to users, the safety data sheets for these products are
- available upon request and accessible on the Health Canada website (www.sc-hc.gc.ca)
- Our technical staff has received appropriate training to adequately advise our
- clients and works closely with our agricultural professionals.
